Inaugurato a Febbraio 2018, l'hotel 5 stelle ospita il raffinato ristorante panasiatico Kowa, concepito e progettato dall'architetto Simona Dentone, come un ambiente eclettico, elegante ed intimo. L'importanza della lavorazione a mano e l'accuratezza di ogni dettaglio disegnato sul tappeto, rende gli Hand Painted Vintage opere artistiche uniche e non replicabili.

La vivacità del fucsia valorizza l'ingresso, nel ristorante i toni dell'azzurro richiamano la carta da parati. L'arredo dell'hotel è completamente firmato Driade, le lampade Antonangeli Illuminazione regalano emozioni di luce e le carte da parati Flamant si sposano con i pavimenti in rovere creando un ambiente esclusivo tra classicismo e modernità.
